About this opportunity
KEYS gives Arizona high-school students an intensive introduction to research, beginning with training and continuing with mentored work in University of Arizona laboratories. Projects span bioscience, biomedicine, data science, engineering and environmental health, and students receive structured research and professional-development support.
Who can apply
Applicants must be current high-school students, at least 16 by the program start, U.S. citizens or permanent residents, and must have maintained Arizona residency for at least one year.

Online application and the academic/recommendation materials required by KEYS. Selected students must commit to the full seven-week internship.
