About this opportunity
The Gates Scholarship supports exceptional student leaders from low-income households. Funding covers the full cost of attendance not already covered by other financial aid and the Student Aid Index, including tuition, fees, books, housing and food and potentially other personal costs.
Who can apply
Applicants must be high-school seniors, Pell-eligible, U.S. citizens or permanent residents, in good academic standing with at least a 3.3 weighted GPA, and plan full-time enrollment in a four-year degree at an accredited U.S. nonprofit college or university. The program seeks strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership.
