About this opportunity
The Earth Prize invites teenage students worldwide to turn environmental problems into practical solutions. Participants may compete individually or in teams of up to five, use the competition’s sustainability learning resources, receive access to mentoring, and develop a Fresh Idea proposal for evaluation. Strong projects can advance through scholar and regional-winner stages, with substantial prize funding available to selected winners to help implement their ideas.
Who can apply
Students must be aged 13–19 and registered in a school or educational program. Participation may be individual or in a team of up to five students. The competition is open worldwide.
What you'll need to apply
Register through the official 2027 onboarding portal. Participants then develop and submit a Fresh Idea addressing an environmental sustainability problem; team members register individually before forming their team in the submissions system.
