About this opportunity
Regeneron STS recognizes outstanding final-year secondary students for original independent research across scientific fields. Around 300 scholars are selected, 40 advance to the Washington, D.C. finals, and the annual awards pool exceeds $3 million, with a top prize of $250,000.
Who can apply
Students must be in their final year of secondary school in the United States or its territories, regardless of citizenship; U.S. citizens living abroad may also qualify. Research must be original and individual rather than team research. YourRoute represents final-year secondary eligibility as ages 17–18.
What you'll need to apply
Submit the official online application, original scientific research report/paper, project and essay responses, transcript, and required recommendations.
