Mawhiba Scientific Research Foundations Program — Fall 2026

Mawhiba’s Scientific Research Foundations Program develops students’ scientific-research skills through inquiry, research methods, project-based learning, practical application, discussion and guided work with research experts. The current Fall 2026 cycle is delivered online and runs through October, November and the first week of December.

Official Mawhiba eligibility is Grades 7–11. For YourRoute’s 14–18 target, the displayed age range is limited to the relevant target-age slice (approximately Grades 9–11). Applicants must be Saudi nationals or have a Saudi mother; other non-Saudi students may be accepted up to 10% of participants if they pay the full cost. Required MMCAT scores apply. Students who took the MMCAT in Arabic must also meet the stated English-language minimum (for example STEP 67, IELTS 5, TOEFL iBT 45 or TOEIC 500).

Register through the Mawhiba service, confirm profile information, agree to terms, provide any required eligibility/exemption documentation, and pay the guardian contribution. Admission depends on meeting Mawhiba identification/test requirements.
