About this opportunity
Ivysion Research Institute runs a 10-week virtual research cohort in which students complete the full research cycle from question development through analysis, peer review and symposium presentation. The STEM tracks include AI & Data Science, Health & Medicine, and Engineering. Students work in small teams and receive guidance from Research Coaches and Track Advisors, with top-performing teams eligible for conference nomination.
Who can apply
Open to students in grades 9–12. International students are welcome. No prior research experience is required. Applicants are reviewed for intellectual curiosity, academic ability, research readiness, communication and collaborative potential.
What you'll need to apply
Application requires a 400–600 word personal statement, a 150–250 word research-interest essay, an unofficial transcript, and one teacher or counselor recommendation.

Cost: Paid
$3,050 for the 10-week program. A $300 enrollment deposit is credited toward tuition. Need-based financial aid is available.
